WHAT TO EXPECT
Your experience depends largely on your own intention for the ceremony. You are the master creator! Typically, our cacao ceremonies will be a mixture of Intention, Sound/Music, Movement, Breath Work, a Full Reiki Session, Guided Meditations, Oracle Card Readings, Integration and more. Some light food sustenance will be provided afterwards.
I like to touch base with new attendees, prior to ceremony, to discuss your prior experience with cacao and energy work and what your intention is for the ceremony. I strive to make the most comfortable, high vibrational environment for you.It is very important to drink extra water before and after a cacao ceremony. There is much energy work that is involved beneathe the surface. A good practice is to allow the cacao to fully integrate into your system for about 1 hour before drinking water. Most people report some or all of the following: A sustained boost of energy, and mental focus lasting several hours, without the inevitable crash associated with other stimulating beverages/foods; An increased feeling/sense of well being and happiness and love; An increased heart rate and greater awareness of one’s heart center or heart chakra; Greater ease of identifying self-created limitations and emotional blockages; Deepening and enhancement of spiritual and creative practices such as yoga, meditation, writing, dance, music, etc. The active compounds in and neurotransmitters released by cacao allow your mind and body to relax and receive. Cacao is a deeply somatic experience, reconnecting you to your body's wisdom. |

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A CEREMONY & WHAT TO BRINGWe will set up a phone conversation regarding your previous experience with cacao, any questions or concerns you may have, what your intentions are (what you would like to manifest or release), & any medications you are currently taking.You will be asked to sign a Disclosure Statement/Consent/Waiver, available online in pdf format.Payment is requested, in advance, via Zelle (707-332-6254), Paypal (PayPal.Me/lawofallowing), Venmo (Yael-Emily-Sharbani), or Credit Card. You will receive an introductory email with the street address and details.We highly recommend fasting for at least 4 hours prior to ceremony, to be able to absorb the cacao more fully and quickly. We also recommend drinking extra water before and after partaking in a ceremonial dose of cacao.In addition to an OPEN MIND and OPEN HEART, we highly recommend bringing a REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLE. Wear COMFORTABLE CLOTHES. If you have a meditation pillow that you really like, feel free to bring that as well. |
